The Note Center takes it's commitment to Customer Care very seriously. We know that if our customers are not satisfied with the product or service they're getting from The Note Center, we will lose them. Buying From The Note Center
All on-line purchases at The Note Center are chanelled through the ProPay Secure Server. ProPay - part of Lake Bank - are one of the biggest on-line transactional facilitators on the Internet. Transactional details are secured by full SSL encryption facilities to give our customers confidence when buying product on-line. All card details are known only to ProPay, who contact Lake Bank to inform us that a transaction has been successfully completed & to provide us with the delivery address
Despatch & Delivery
We despatch either (1)65 page manual, (2)3.5 floppy disks or (1) CD US Postal Service Priority for all deliveries, normally within 3 working days after the transaction having been successfully completed. In the event of an item being out of stock, you will be e-mailed with a definite despatch date within the same time period. As a guideline - and it should be taken as no more than this - we are informed that the following delivery times may be expected from despatch:
United States 3-7 working days
Europe 10-20 working days
Canada 5 - 10 working days
Asia/Middle East/Australasia 10-20 working days
South America 10 - 20 working days
We stress that these are only guidelines. In reality, events like public holidays might affect postal delivery and should be taken into account.
Returns Policy
If at any time you receive an item from http://www.notecenter.bizhosting.com that has a manufacturers fault, return the item and we will despatch a replacement 100% . It is our policy to only accept goods for return within 30 days from the date of receipt. Any item returned after this period will be returned to the sender and no replacement will be made.
Loss in Transit Policy
Even though a certificate of posting is obtained for all packages, on rare occasions we do experience losses in transit. If this occurs please allow 15 working days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. Your email confirmation of despatch should be taken as the posting date. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. We are unable to send a replacement unless this action has been taken. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.Ncentersupport@cs.com

How To Return An Item
Please e-mail Ncentersupport@cs,com to inform us of the return prior to sending. This ensures we can log the package ahead of delivery and will speed the processing of any returned item. The Note Center recommends that all returns be made by recorded delivery. We do NOT accept responsibility for damages or losses by the carrier whithin return transit. Please indicate clearly to us the reason for return in your e-mail and on the rear of the delivery note. If this is not included it may slow the return processing. Please indicate clearly that you want a replacement copy to be dispatched. We cannot exchange items for a different title.
Packaging
Please package the items carefully to avoid any damage. If an item is sealed upon receipt it will only be accepted for return if it has a manufacturers fault. Items that are sealed and have no faults cannot be returned. Please note that once the seal is broken - for copyright reasons - we cannot accept a return except in the case of a manufacturers fault.
